Amana Thompson Simmons is a trial counsel for both employees and employers in employment and labor law matters, including grievances, collective bargaining disputes, EEOC, Title VII and other anti-discrimination claims before State and Federal Courts and administrative tribunals. Responsible for all aspects of litigation case management, including, but not limited to, legal analysis, preparing pleadings, mediating claims, negotiating terms, implementing docket control measures, supervising attorneys, law clerks and contractors. Attorney Simmons earned her Juris Doctorate in 1996 from American University, Washington College of Law. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1993 from Hampton University (cum laude).
